We Pray For A Revival, Could It Be The Beginning?

Categories: Uncategorized @en

During our service, last Sunday, people prostrated themselves on the floor under the power of the Holy Ghost. The Superintendent of the Assemblies of God of Haiti came to preach to our Church on Easter Day. 25 to 30 people came forward to the call.  We had not seen that in a long time. For Pentecost, we plan to have for one week what is called here a ‘’revival’’. There will be 3 to 4 preachers from the AOG of Haiti.  We want to see salvations, deliverances, baptisms, and healings.

For Pentecost, we make 120 tongues of fire in thin plywood hanging from the ceiling of the church. We are not done yet.

Here, the situation of kidnappings is a concern to the population. During a church service, five Catholic priests (including a French one), two sisters (including a French one) and three worshippers were kidnapped by the Mawozo gang.  At the time we write this letter, the mother of one of the priests, suffering from illness, was released after paying $50,000 US in ransom.  They ask for one million U.S. dollars.  Maybe they will go down on the price. It is their first prize. As I write, the others have not been released.  A few days later, a Canadian was kidnapped. Last week I tried to get to the grocery store, but there was tear gas and a burnt police car. The day before, the police chased a thief and they shot the wrong person. The mob burned the police car and killed the thief.

Isaiah 48, 6-7: I have made you hear new things from this time, Even hidden things, and you did not know them. They are created now and not from the beginning;

Joshua 14: 10 -12: and now, here I am this day, eighty-five years old. 11 As yet I am as strong this day as on the day that Moses sent me; just as my strength was then, so now is my strength for war, both for going out and for coming in. 12 Now therefore, give me this mountain of which the Lord spoke in that day; for you heard in that day how the Anakim were there, and that the cities were great and fortified.

When Caleb was 85, he entered the promised land. He asked for a mountain.  He could have asked for a valley.  The Anakim, a giant race, inhabited this mountain and he defeated them.

Thank you for your prayers and donations.  Blessings.
